Ahhhhhh. I just read it, leit. Sorry for the issues. As it is I'm only beginning to get back into the game myself after just rebuilding a new PC. So while I played CoD about a year ago, the experience was a mixed bag and because of my low spec system I decided to wait until I could afford a new build.
I use the CH products, but I do have a Saitek FF Cyborg available to me. Maybe tonight I'll hook it in and see if I get FF. I've read where several have had issues with FF (Bearcat for one and he loves his MSFF stick). I'm not sure of any resolution though. ATAG forum now has the bulk of CoD users and would probably be a gold mine of help. Welcome back, Wanderer. |

Excellent video Freycinet. Watched it the other day (and again just now) and gave it a 'like' on Youtube.
I liked the way you put it all together, following and showing the action in a clear manner. I think it's a great combination of story-telling driven by online action, presenting both what it's like to undertake an online mission, while having the actions represent something more than that. The dedication at the end makes more sense and means more having seen a representation of the kinds of things those pilots went through. I can't really fault the video, but I thought it would have been good to make mention of where the third bomber went straight after the attack, even if just to show it heading off in another direction. I know there was a lot of action happening with the other planes at the time, but I got a little bit distracted from the story wondering where the third one went. Good luck with future video's if you choose to continue with it, you've certainly got a talent for telling engaging stories with sound and images imo. |

Thanks for your comment Les! - I'll keep what you said about the third bomber in mind... It is true that we only caught up with him in the very end of the movie. Always great to get a third-person perspective on things, because what doesn't bother oneself may very well bother people who see the vid for the first time.
Another guy said to me that it would be better synchronize the aircraft being showed with the person speaking in that very instant. Also a good point...
