unfortunately with cliffs of Dover, especially with the 109, i use the sound of the engine to know what RPM's I'm at, since i can't always be looking at the gauge, but when i don't have to worry about prop pitch, I listen to metal/classic rock/dubstep... anything else just doesn't seem to suit the aggressiveness of combat....

Can I just ask what FOV you are using? lol I can see my gauge no matter what. I just got an image in my head like when you see a pensioner driving and they have their face right up against the windscreen, that's all
