The biggest bug of the new graphics engine is the stencils, the transparented labels. Luthier (or BlackSix) said, – among the others – there is no Revi, and no tracer (yet). I don't call it "small glitches", and absolutely not pre release-status.

+1 to release the final beta only!

Hey, everybody complained the game was released too early and unfinished, why should we change our minds for the patches?

If we think about it realistically, the beta won't be perfect anyway. If it kills the online crashes it could be better than what we have now.

Like someone said before, I hope we don't have to wait this long again for the bug fixing patches. Also, like someone mentioned earlier, we've waited so long now so the point of caring/being excited has long since passed, 1 week, 1 month blablabla....

Nothing is ever perfect, releasing an unfinished patch is really not going to help their cause given past events, the performance patch is supposed to address the CTD issue but releasing early could bring other unforseen problems and the crowd here will really go for the throat if that happens.

I vote (and voted) they fix everything they can before releasing the patch.

If they release it when they think it is perfect, there will probably be a few minor flaws they missed. If they release it when they know there are still flaws left, there will be those major flaws plus the unexpected ones. It's just good sense to get it as right as they can.

With only (comparatively) minor issues to still sort out do you think they should release it this week and allow us to have the benefits while work continues on the final issues?

Benefits: near doubling of fps
ctd issue fixed
maybe others?

Downside: particles glitches still not resolved
Hellz to the No! It should be complete at least to the point where there are no CTD, FPS, Particle Issues, everyone who says now, well your just all idiots, i understand that you want what you paid for, but whats the point? your pretty much asking to release yet another unfinished product, than you'll come on here and bitch about something else thats wrong with it. let them do their job, make the patch correctly and just deal with it, you waited this long why should it matter anymore how long they take, go play something else in the meantime than when you come back to this once its finished it will be like a birthday gift.
