NP Blacksix... the box art you're seeking may be mythical indeed , even US game sites (a quick Google search) have European/ French manufacture listings.

I have a 'made in the USA' "IL2 Sturmovik Forgotten Battles Gold Pack" including IL2:Forgotten battles and the Ace Expansion Pack. It has different artwork to your Forgotten Battles image in post 1.

Is it of any use?
