Should be illegal for a company to take peoples money for a game,and stating a forever changing release date.
Some people pre ordered SoW in 2006!

Ah yes, however, it may work to the consumer's favour.

I pre-ordered Doom III for $79(AUS) from EBGames, come release date they wanted $90(AUS). "Oh no you don't" I said to the pimple faced manager. "I entered into an agreed price with you when pre-ordering this game, no where does it state on my reciept that the price may change."

Check with you local consumer law centre about your rights re this issue. You may be surprised.
