Applied Hot-fix patch, did the Black Death track again with Visual effects on HIGH.

Avg FPS = 31

Performace increase with 1 frame per second, certainly did not decrease, not so much spikes.

New official patch:

Average FPS = 28

that's 3 FPS less then Beta2

I did clear out the cache and removed the Ubi logo again
