Nope, i think luthier google translator failed like myself . Here is proof:
english "No earlier than the end of the Monday" translated to slovak:
"Nie skôr ako na konci roka v pondelok"
and this slovak text back to english:
"No sooner than the end of the year on Monday"

So i guess what he tried to translate from russian

HAHA that is funny, although it doesn't work on Luthier cause he speaks fluent English with an American accent (I think he lived/lives in the USA for a long time) just something I remember in an interview.
