I even got minimum of 3fps and this is outrageous for my brand new system. Not to mention that it doesn't seem like a "difficult" track. OK, it had some explosions and a few planes, but it's not like we had 60 planes fighting all together over London.

This game should not "compete" on how to become as unplayable as it can be and regretfully a simple track like new Black Death shows that developers have a lot of issues to solve before this game becomes playable like IL-2.
What computer specs and what settings?

Radeon HD 6970
i5- 2500k
8gb dd3 RAM

All settings on max, SSAO on.

Getting an average fps of 55, everything seems to run smooth.

Only bug I still suffer from is the three blue lines on the horizon which seems to only happen with Radeon cards.

With an overclocked i5 2500K and gtx570 I am getting an average of 61 in the Black Death track, lowest frames are 16, and thats with all settings on Very High with SSAO off.

I found my machine runs smoother with everything turned up for some reason. I have an nVidia card obviously but changing settings in Control panel to 'prefer maximum performance' and upping the maximum pre-rendered frames from 3 to 8 helped also.

I'd suggest experimenting with settings because that can't be right. It might still be buggy but high end machines can run this up full. A teammate with a similar system gets the same results as I do, so you should be getting better.

S!
Gadje can you post your nvidia settings please?

Even duct tape can't fix stupid... but it can muffle the sound.
