A grain of salt with those frame rates over cities since I'd bet dimes to donuts the background video was mostly exported through their track recorder movie maker.

Still, I'm guessing (hoping) around 40 - 50fps on my system over cities (quad 3.8ghz / GTX460).

Well, this was for sure made before this epilepsy filter was implemented, tomorrow negative posts will flood the forum...

Yeah, non-real time renders, that's my guess too. The video does look gorgeous.

So far looking at reports from sukhoi.ru - Program crashes, stuttering everywhere, low FPS, interface bugs (mispellings in Russian!) - they've been dealt with a beta/alpha game. This is more than just a epileptic filter.

I know people hate Ubisoft here, but if this game had been released right now here in US, it would've been made a laughing stock and written off entirely.

Fantastic, this looks like a $150+ game!

I'll try to promote it.

Looks like i'll be buying a 590 or 580s in SLI

Reports from sukhoi.ru is reporting that SLI doesn't help at ALL. Hopefully that will be rectified soon.

I'm going to be critical here, sorry Oleg

Did anyone notice that the AI was shooting and flying like the AI in IL-2? It's "robotic" in it's aiming and flying? There's no wobble, no error aiming, no reality in the movements. Surly some % of error or randomness to the AI input variables could have been added.

I don't have CoD yet so I'm hoping it is different, for me the AI is one of the big issues.

Could it be because even a AI novice in the game is expected to have had simulated training? They might need a new level of AI - 'MUG GAMER' that displays all the bad habits that us simmers have picked up over the years!

Cheers!

excellent video, thx for giving us a good game intro taste. the sim looks excellent, and exactly as many of us here had hoped !

so was the video smooth with high fpsec because this system didnt have the ubi epileptic crap implemented ?

in this promo vid the game looks very good, but from what the russian early players are saying they cant run it like that on their pc's
