Well it would be really nice if in time the He111E could be added as that was in service during BoB.

That's not correct. All frontline units of Luftflotten 2, 3 and 5 which did use the He 111 already had the newer He 111 P or even the brand-new H submodels. The E had been handed over to training units at the beginning of the war.
