Still no, I paid my money willingly, got a product that pretty much works bar some bugs.....not like thats never happened before, and I certainly didn't pay money just so the devs would talk to me, if I wanted to pay money for human interaction it wouldn't be on a forum if you catch my drift.

You must come to terms with the fact some people just dont have the same issues and dont share your oppinion, so please stop with the 'we' were robbed 'we' this 'we' that, it really is just you as individuals.

IMO this is a textbook case how to not deal with your customers.

I think that useless polls like this may be one reason why we've been getting less communication from Luthier lately. Regardless of what he says, it always ends up with the same old whiners making the same old whine. What part of 'if you don't like CloD you don't have to visit the forum' is so hard to understand?

ParaB may be right - a textbook case of how not to deal with customers. Instead, perhaps they should have taken the usual games industry approach, and said next-to-nothing before the release, and even less afterwards. I'm sure if I was in Luthier's position I'd wish I had.

Yes Andy, but Luthier wants us to buy his next product and the one after...or maybe there isn't a next product as someone has told me?

What? despite the fact only 2 weeks ago we were told by the devs there is a next product, this 'someone' guy......I'd love to meet him, everybody seems to know him but nobody knows who it is but he has told everyone something.

I think you misunderstand him andy, He loves Cliffs of Dover, thats why he is here, complaining about the lack of info about if its being put right.

I think you should look at it from your own point of view, you dont have to come here either, if you dont like to read your fellow IL2 customers complaints.

Not nice to hear that is it? Maybe you souldnt say it to others. You dont have to read their threads after all do you.
