I started this quest for answers because I enjoyed the series. At this point I feel like I'm just becoming a troll.

1c, if you never plan to inform us on the development of this series then why do you persist in keeping this thread unlocked?

Thats a news article from 2010...

Good chances that Ashes of Victory will not be released. I am not exactly sure on the reasons why, but considering that Civil War was originally developed by a mod team, it is probable that the mod team broke up/disbanded before Ashes of Victory could be completed.

There is a remote chance that the developers, Elite Games Team, might come back together and finish this it seems rather unlikely.
