There are several attachments I've posted, the first one I've attached to this post (FXAA_PPI_Rev_37.zip) is the main one, which contains the files to enable the colour changes (and which includes it's own default 'injFX_Settings' settings file). All the other attachments are just other, adjusted, 'injFX_Settings' files.

Unzip the 'FXAA_PPI_Rev_37.zip' folder, then open up the 'DirectX10' folder that's within it and copy/paste all it's contents (injFX_Shaders, dxgi, injFX_Settings, readme, shader.hlsl) into the folder wherever your 'Cliffs Of Dover' exe. is installed (ie. Local Disk (C)/Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover).

Run the game and press the 'Pause/Break/ScrLk' button (without the 'F Lock' button engaged) to turn the effects on and off and see if they're working.

If they are working, return to desktop via the 'Windows' button (you don't have to exit the game) and either open up the 'injFX_Settings' 'H' folder that you just installed and start adjusting settings, or (easier) replace the 'injFX_Settings' 'H' folder altogether with another one that's already been adjusted. Then just return to the game to see it's effects.

If you do want to adjust settings yourself, there's a bit more to it I could explain (it's not that obvious what needs adjusting or by how much), but I'll leave it at that for now.

I've attached my own preferred colour settings, some much more colourful settings, and some old-fashioned black and white settings too. Again, to use those attachments, just unzip them and copy the 'injFX_Settings' file within them to wherever your 'Cliffs Of Dover' exe. is installed and let it overwrite the default or other 'injFX_Settings' file that's there.

This thread has more examples of different settings - http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/showthread.php?t=32255

I still have yet to see that damage with my own eyes

Still think my best moment was a head to head with a hurri landing, I shot his left wing off but he was fast and low enough that he touched the ground before spinning and just slid to a stop in the middle of lympne.. Jammy swine!

The best about the Video: All these Ground-Objects can be found in CloD!
