As a quick dogfight over the channel with BOB era aircraft simulator it now works fine(for me at least), very well in fact. Lots of fun to be had.

As a BOB simulation for online and offline, it still falls on its arse.

I have new hope for the sequel, if they learned from the past mistakes.

I understand that it's the final patch & no more dev time is allocated to further work on COD. So we didn't get the much-promised SDK's It's a shame really, I had hoped that the community would be given the opportunity to continue bug fixes & content development.
