Great job indeed by my old pal Jutocsa! Highly recommended.

Plus recommeded with the font posted by VO101_Tom, try google for DIN 1451 Mittelschrift (and its variations), also very good font for what you need, I find it 100% match with some LW code letters.

I use the default program to windows 7 for beginning accession he asks me to install it but I do not know where he s' then installs so I can not be accessed.

The Win7 built-in graphic software (MS Paint?) is not capable of anything. Most of us use Adobe Photoshop, or the free Gimp. These programs can handle the different layers, different brushes, effects, fonts, vector graphics, etc. Of course, these programs much more complicated, but a lot of tutorials on the internet, on the youtube, which explain from the basics. If you are seriously thinking about creating skins, these programs must be used.

In fact I was talking about the file downloaded font is when I open it it asks me to install it I do not know where it installs so I can not be accessed otherwise I actually use GIMP to make my skins.

Ah. Just copy the file into the Windows/Fonts folder.

I Thank You very much, one more thing you know where I could find marks on German victories Simmers Paint Shop I don 't is not found.
I look for markings with oak leaves and iron cross marks and victories for the Russian front and the other front. Sorry for my bad English.

Hmm, I have no "skin ready" markings, i know only photo collection:
