That's what a lot of people say, but personally I've never had ANY problems with AMD hardware or their drivers (Currently using Catalyst 12.1) I've had my current AMD based PC for about 2 years, never had any problems.

But my past experience with Nvidia cards and drivers has not be pleasant to say the least.

But right now i hear, its AMD's new desktop CPUs that have problems.
From what I hear on hardware sites, their new cards preform very well.

I have a mid range card a MSI GTX 560 TI and am always surprised at how well it meshes with this sim. It was $300 on Ebay. I don't think I'll bother buying another since the patch will be coming out and I don't see why I should anyway.

The new Nvidia card , 680 Kepler is around $650. It's next generation stuff and easily the fastest card ever made.

Maybe I should wait for patch to buy? I like the idea of the 6960 but just a touch too expensive

I have an EVGA GTX550 Ti 1GB DDR5 (factory overclocked) and it runs CloD just fine at medium-high settings @ 1366x768 resolution.
