Thanks. I have quite a few books with aviation art. I love this sort of thing.

i dont want to sound jealous though i am as hell

it took me two seconds of looking at one of his picture to be able to tell it has 3d tech

i can tell a depth so perfect you dont notice as you dont notice in real life

i would like to make my living out of painting but i cant compete with these guys

hey fair game its like being a white boxer nothing wrong with the way youre borned, if nature gives you advanatge thats fair game

but ive found these guys flaw:

theyre so perfect they cant sculpt

they dont know the try and wrong of smart evolution of modelling clay

they get the perfect line at first try and they cant do that with clay

in fact theres only one kind of person who can sculpt clay well and that ability marks him as to what hwe really is

algiens only see shapes not even black and white but they have to get it perfect at first try so they use special depth painitng, see chromostereopsis

humans instead see flat in colour but they just cant blow life to things so they do bad both painiting and sculpting

but it takes both seeing in colour and in 3d to be able to model properly and above all be designed to learn by trial and error so you can keep improving a thing till you get it perfectly knowing that small mistakes like your hand shaking can be corrected, as in life modelling clay mostly you pay errors at which you keep on and on

edit:

this is how i feel by watching th skill of that pure heart artist:
