Default My fix

I was also getting the "KERNELBASE.dll" message.

In my case the problem was with the Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile. Windows 7.

I went for an uninstall of Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile. It gave me the option to repair and so I did, all this in the control panel "programs" part.
It took a while but finally gave the repaired finished message.

I went to "windows update" and found a security update of about 23 MB for
the Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile, went through it and finally the game is running.

Salutes Majo

This thread has 5 pages of sarcastic dwelling on many solutions and issues, maybe one of them might do the trick for you: http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/showthread.php?t=21055

Good luck!
