as long Maddox keeps his planesets scenario related...................
what 3.party guyes will do (when the SDK tool are out) nobody can control, its thier spare time and they can choose what they want to modell (as it is now already )

but as far the actual informations are , the RAF will be realy lacking in flyable bombcarriers. Only the Blenheim Mk.IV , and that means a bombload of max 1000lb ......... IIRC

the axis will have Ju88, He111, Br.20, Ju87 and most problay fighterbombervariants (if not Maddox is making a big mistake !) of the 109 and 110.

therefor a RAF bomber with a higher load is high priority for me , first choice was the Wellington because it is already as AI in game. second would be a HP Hampden (max 4000lb bombload), a pilots plane with even a forward firing gun and the possibility to arm it with a torpedo

Well it is only during the early stages of WWII that the axis has a slight edge on bombers, but as soon as the heavies come like the Halifax, Sterling or Lancaster, there is hardly anything on the blue side as a counter balance, and I am certain red will in time get those heavies....where as blue maybe with an awful lot of luck a He177 or a flyable Fw200.....although I need not even hope for my absolute favorite the Do24 which did a lot of SAR missions also during BoB. Guess that is the problem when you are not a dead fish, and swim against the current!

well, i guess the times of getting dozens of new planes for free in endless updates/patches is over.................having the workload in mind that is needed to build a plane in CoD limits !

i even have my doubts that there will be a "patch" that will bring a Wellington... but i like to get surprised
a heavier RAF bomber would be needed for serious online war "balance".

IF Maddox is going on with scenariorelated "to buy" 'AdOns' (working standalone AND merged) i see no proplem.
Guessing the next one will be an Easternfront or MTO one, they both will take care only a small timeframe or even only one specific battle of these operation areas.
Easternfront from 1941-45 , from the polar sea to the black sea, will not happen, as MTO from 1940-43, from ElAlamein to Tunis or Sicily also not.

this is entirely historical though. or should the sim be balanced as finely as starcraftII, even if it utterly disregards historcal fact?

No not at all what gives you the notion that I am for that?
I was just wording pro He111E and some one was worried that the blue side would then have too many bombers. So don´t jump to conclusions that are not even being debated.
