If you insist!

Now we've got that out of the way , I think that it's a bit harsh calling this a bug at the moment.

From the write up in the link of the instrument I posted it came from an early version without a retracting tail wheel.

It's quite possible that the developers have a equally as valid version of the undercarrage indicators modeled. There were many contractors creating various components throughout Britain during the early part of the war. There will be some variation as we have seen.

We also need to remember that alot of the tired old Hurricanes were exported to Russia during the war. Maybe their design was based on one present in one of the lend lease Hurricanes? Who Knows!

Anyway would this indicator stop me from flying and enjoying SOW when it is released? No I don't think so! If it is a problem then there will be plenty of time to fix it up in patches after release.

Cheers!

Undercarriage indicator should look like this:

Note: not all are the same but I would expect the instrument face to say 12 VOLT, not WAIT.
It is corrected earlier, but not inserted yet. In release will be "12 volt".
Simply originally used photos from Soviet archive where this sign was more damagaed than readable.
Don't worry.
Cockpit of hurry still is polishing. There is several details that became know better just couple of month ago. Should be ready on this week or so.

PS. I simply can't check each aircraft cockpit. I know very well just couple of aircraft cockpits.
12 Volt measn that this gaige working voltage is 12 V. On most indicators such info present from the back side, not on the front. My guys simeply wasn't able to identify what is half damaged on the gauge...

Thanks for replying Oleg. Great to see communication immediately works when the critic is polite and well backed up with documentation.

Thanks Oleg! I can't imagine the amount of time and effort that's gone into this sim already, thanks for putting up with us nit-pickers!

I am surprised you are concerned with such detail.
Thanks Oleg!
