knights or dark knights?

I just get Moro Dark, so now I can turn my knights into black knights.

I saw the stats and they are similar, moreover i can't resurrect the black knight with paladin's talent (i suppose it hurts them) and they don't have that multiple attack the knight have

so what to choose? reading the forums it seems like black knights are really good! Am I missing something??
