Having the same problem here. I emailed the developers. Let's see how many days it takes to get a response. Judging from the poor reviews I'm reading about their customer service, I might have to ask Steam for a refund.

I have the same problem with my CD Key.
I had multiple GameSpy accounts and I wanted to delete the unused profiles and just have the one nickname but I get the same message that the CD Key is bound to another account. I have deleted all GameSpy accounts except the one I intended to use and it still says that it is bound. Can you please help me? |

I was able to register and play assault squad, but after applying patch, was asked to re-enter my code, and was told its not on file? I did contact support, waiting for reply so I can play my game. |

i cant believe that those douchebags dont care about their customers, the forums are full of people who reinstalled their systems, and now cant play the game that they paid fair, i am having the same problem as all of other guys, and no one gives a crap about that, i did not see anyone from gamespy, steam, or 1c that is willing to help those people, i want a refund, now!
