I'd of course love to see the review in English, but I wouldn't want to take so much of your time, least of all in the Christmas month!

Err .. you are aware that means December 6? In Germany we happen to put the day before the month in calendar dates.

Yeah...I think that kinda goes for almost the rest of the world too. Gotta love those cooky Yanks and their funny units and date systems.

BTW, I might actually give that campaign a gosh. will wait for first impressions and reviews.

I've purchased and downloaded 'Adolf Galland, The Expert' a couple of hours ago.

Initial impressions are very good.

I've only played the first mission of the 303 squadron Polish campaign. This first mission is almost like a campaign in its self as there seems to be so much going on. So, a huge amount of gameplay in this add-on. There's also some new features such as frequent radar updates, random events during missions and the ability to call up reinforcements if things are looking grim (subject to availability of course!). Dogfights are pretty hectic and I'd say that Desastersoft have tweaked the AI parameters so that they perform better than in the stock CloD.

Performance is good even with many aircraft aloft and I rarely saw less than 40 fps with 50-60 being the norm.

I really think this opens up a whole new feel of immersion to CloD, something that has been sorely missing for us single players.

Nice one Desastersoft, I look forward to 'Channel Battles' also.

Note:- The cost in GB pounds was around £21. The download is around 800mb.

Cheers,

Choccy.

So TODAY!? Great ! I can get out of my sleeping bag at the Campground & rush over to buy it this morning!
( All kidding aside ,I DID know about European date procedures , but am just dumb enough to forget it every once in a while. My college English teacher who was a Brit & verry particular on the subject would be very annoyed!)

A bit wierd picking out 303 isn't it? JG26 were in from day 1 but 303 weren't, they missed half the battle.
