rpkiller also mentions the above, not sure if you have tried it or not!
Sorry I can't help much as I have not used a TiR2 for a while and didn't realise it doesn't work easily with W7.

You can find NaturalPoint 4.1.028 drivers for TIR2 - as mentioned above - here:
