.The Ju88 has a manual bomb-door control (a hand-crank on the copilot's side cockpit wall), so you need to map separate open/close commands in the options and keep each button pressed. You will see the hand-crank rotating on the copilot's cockpit wall as you do this. There is also a scale with a moving marker on the base of the hand-crank that indicates the bomb door position, if you pan your camera to look at it you can see how far open it is without having to switch to an external view or keep the button pressed for too long.

well, both , the Ju88 and He111 are opening their bombbaydoors via a rotating hand-crank.
the He111's is left of the Lotfe. It just dont rotate so often as the Ju88s one...
