Found the problem...
Microsoft.
Make sure you only have your vid card drivers installed(in my case, nvidia)and not Microsoft's generic drivers. That cleared up all the problems I was having everywhere...

damm

Isnt´t anybody going to solve this problem of Script Error Chapter 6 ?, getting of the tank works a period, lowering the video cuality also but still the games crashes
