As much as I would like to play this game NOW, I want to wait for the boxed version, is there a release date for retail stores?

The date is 7th of May, but not for all countries. unfortunately I don't have the exact list of them.

so there is only one key for the english version? i was going to install it on my laptop as well as my desktop but if you can't reuse the key then i can't do that

There is only one key, but you can use it up to 3 computers according to Impulse.
