Lol, you say it right and ignoring it much more would lead us to learn programing and start thinking about a job at 1C

1C is just the publisher right? BestWay still develops.

If I remember correctly, Vietnam is not developed by BestWay.
BestWay still owns the license for the engine. Vietnam is 1C's internal project. But Nike-it has the answer for this.

Vietnam is being developed by 1C internal team (they did Red Tide, for example).
