AVG-antivirus free edition

i just dont get howcome it dosnet work when homeworld 2 works perfectly

Each PC is different and each game also. Can be some software which enter in conflict with you PC. Try to start the game with AVG down.

What is the version of your game (the box version, steam, gamersgate,...)

Click on the bar icon of AVG; I think you will se some command for turnoff.

Is in box then?

I don't know AVG but sure you will find the option for send him in standby
