Thanks for the update - looking forward to testing. Is it my imagination or are the water reflections improved?

Just wondering...

will the new sound engine introduce the 'drumming' or 'beat' from interference patterns in the sound from unsynchronised propellers in multiengine aircraft? (Hey! even two similar planes flying in close formation at similar revs should even introduce the phenomena!)

I've never actually observed it any other sim I've flown but it'd be a useful feedback to get those engines working together.

Oh! By the way, great update!

Thanks!

the update looks very good indeed!thank you! Although iam still waiting to get the game more improve gameplay related, and the multi to work properly, so it good to hear you getting there, i have it installed and hope the time comes and i wont have to just doing single mission with no reward or replaybility over and over.

Sounds good!

What is SDK? software-development-kit?
I am wondering about performance improvement as well...

Thanks for the Post!

Any speculation as to what this is?
Regarding to the "new major feature" and the "In order to keep the competitors squirming" statements, it has to effect everybody no mather what side or plane he/she plays, and competitors (I think RoF and DCS) shouldn't have it so far.

Guess #1 Dynamic weather system - obviously lacking in any combat sim

Guess #2 Improved dynamic lighting system - Landing lights, navigation lights, ambient city/town lights, light pollution, improved vehicle lights, etc.

Guess #3 Ground operations - you can start from outside the plane, the ground crew will take care of you plane, like rearming and refueling (all animated), you can get in static planes, etc
