...
Shadows/LOD popping in I reckon.

Look at 07.51 min, by the cliffs, might as well be real.

Maddox himself doing the BoB presentation. All in Russian. Poor quality.

The interesting thing is that either all our whining about colour palettes etc has been used as input or we have been crying about some old build while they have had this build for a long time which quite frankly looks amazing to me...

Ok, a bit too much saturation (color) maybe but heck - there are hedge rows, trees placed where you expect them, no weird shade of violet and the whole landscape looks like someone enabled a lot of shaders that where of on the dev shots we have seen (which is probably the thing we have not seen before)...

Conclusion - the discussion if sim <insert name> maybe looks better etc was for no good - BoB is the xxxx - and that's good

Lesson (as many times before) - believe in Oleg!

Keep it up, fellas. It's great entertainment.

I actually think a Q6600 will play this just fine.Throw in a decent gfx card, and 4 GBs of ram,and it will run well IMO.
Don't forget, nobody could play il2 at maximum settings when it was released.

+1

As I said in the other thread, there's still a lot of free space for better graphics, more objects and features. This is a good sign.
