Arrow Flyable B-17's in FUN~4~ALL~413.

I think that depends on the definition of "flyable".
If flyable just means that you can "somehow" move a plane across a map, then yes, any online server can give you any plane as a "flyable" one.
However the "non-flyables" which are made "flyable" that way will have no cockpit.
You will have to fly once with a "real flyable" plane first, then you can select "non-flyables made flyable" and control them from external view (F2) on those servers.

I rather think we're talking about making "non flyables" flyable with a (stand-in) cockpit and gunner stations, so that you can fly and control them like any other "real flyable" plane.

This you will not get at the moment, even not of FUN~4~ALL~413.
