In my case I love the stunningly beautiful cockpit, the Kommandogerät and the roll rate. Yeah that's weird I know it. But I choose my cars for the dashboard as well. After the road, the dash is the thing you see the most.

And of course you have a great opportunity to admire it in a 190 - mainly because you can't see ***-all in front of it.

Actually, to be fair, the 190 cockpit is a lot better than the 109 - but then it seems to have been designed for a normal pilot, rather than a contortionist midget. I think the RAF had the right approach with the Spit though: a standard layout for primary instruments, pipe-and-tobacco pouch for the essentials, a crowbar for beating off the natives if you land in hostile territory, and then just bung in all the other clutter where convenient, and attach big labels so you can figure out what it is all for. Useful reading matter too, if Gerry seems to have scarpered by the time you've scrambled.

This is approx May 1940-May 1941.

You'll be waiting for 'Leaning towards France' or
'Barbarossa', "North Africa' or 'Italian Campaign'

No roadmap on those yet.

Thanks Ala, yes a download is in my email, but i was wondering if a DVD of the sim had been received by UK purchasers, not really interested in a download.
I've been waiting 6yrs so can wait a little longer, although fast approaching the young and virile age of 80, perhaps not. Shame about the probs' never mind, it's in the right hands to get it sorted.

Yes mine came from Ubisoft. I think Ubi's Store/Shop is the only place you can get the DVD rather than the download.

Hi Scrope,

I'd give them a prod now if I was you.

I ordered my collector's edition on 18th Jan and it arrived on 31st March as planned.

I then ordered a second Collector's Edition for my brother on 2nd April, which arrived yesterday.

Looks like they've lost your order my friend.
