Yeah, quite afew guys from the forums got together the once to do some good old Formation flying, it went pretty well too.

Also me and Trk did some prior to that event, here's the link to some of the photos http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/showthr...t=10473&page=6

There are more pics from our formation flight elsewhere on the forum, can't seem to find them though

If anyone wants a reccy at any of the courses we currently have then drop me a note and I'll happily provide a tour. I think the Stalingrad on is fairly straight forward whereas winnys Dover map does require slightly more thought.

I'm always in for a race. I'd love to spend some time rec'ing a Berlin/ Ardennes course as well.

Have ya'll tried finding a spot for a short course with multiple laps? Perhaps a figure 8 course around the Dover dock for some biplane (i153/po2) racing?

Now thats an idea. We could use the Dover harbour section of Winnys course for that. Round the castle, down and round lighthouses in I153s would be cool. I think we found a legitimate use for the 153 at last

Just loved the flights last night! It was cool to see 8 spits lined up before take-off, and fly down the valley and try to find my place in the wing. It wasn't that succesfull though... Crashing with dk down by the radarstation (my own fault, I took a short-cut through the radarmasts there... Sorry dk!) told me that we have to agree on a formation, and try our best to keep it. No wonder the guys of ww2 used weeks of training just to accomplish that... It would be cool to finally make it the hole way to Manston not loosing one plane. And then the deathrace with cannons blasting back! (My God... This game will kill my mind!)

The section afterwards with bombers, both in Dogfight and Strike, where supercool too. Only one thing... I got a bit confused when a couple of 109 opened up on the He-111, and a hurry opened up on my spit. But, summed up: Great fun guys!
