Disqualification wakespeak
Hello all,
While we wanted to give everyone the opportunity to complete matches that were not completed in period 2, we see no reason to drag anyone along who doesn't care to respond to repeated requests for their participation status or willingness to play their matches. So, to cut everyone else lose from their fruitless efforts to contact such a player, we have decided to disqualify: wakespeak. All his previous and unplayed matches will be counted as 0:3 losses. Please allow some time for the results to be updated. We regret that this has again occured in group A and thank all other players for their dedication and commitment. I will drag myself away from the world of Fast Autos and Helicopter carnage . For the next few evenings . So that we can complete our matches . As I have yet to get an actual kill yet in this tourament.You all should hurry so you don't miss your chance for easy points.    I will be On tonite from 1600- 1700 Local and then again from @ 1830 till 2200 (-4 GMT) .

End of Group Stage - Start Elimination Stage
Hello all,
Group stage has ended. Congratulations to all who made it to the quarterfinals (or can still compete for their spot), and also to everyone else on their contributions and sportsmanship! There were a few matches that were not completed due to various circumstances, none which have major influence on the outcome though. In fairness to all others who managed to play their matches we will leave these matches as unplayed and award a penalty of -1 point for each unplayed match. We also decided to randomize the settings for all remaining matches. I hope all of you trust me enough to do this (I'm also not taking part in the A tournament anymore). Note that previous homemaps of players will be not considered so everyone is facing the challenge of playing on a map other than his homemap. Following this email, I'm going to randomize the conditions for: - Fight for quarterfinal slot between 3rd fo Groups A and B - QF1 - QF2 - QF3 - QF4 Now, good luck to all who made it this far, the way to the top is still a long and hard one, but not quite as long and hard anymore!
