I do not understand this Beta patch.

The Beta patch before this one was great. This beta patch is---------- well lets just say not at all what we where needing.

Putting back in the last beta patch.

You ask, but what problems are you having.

The same as everyone else.

I like this sim but this was over the top.IMO

Yeah right, so we play the game with no smoke, no explosions, and no gun flashes and we're supposed to be grateful?

This is a war sim mate, not FSX.

How can they possibly have not noticed this before even releasing the 'Beta' patch?

Not a bug report Luthier but if you want this sound to be as realistic as possible the wind must be much much louder especially in dives and open canopy flight. In dives the wind sound takes over the sound of the engine in 109s in volume probably Spitfires too. In flight open canopy wind should howl hardly any engine sound at all. Stick your head out of your car going 100 mph and see what it sounds like.

I try to test some things, but what i found is that we have MAJOR bug regards effects (explosions), with lock ups, and that the terrain visuals are much better, and external vision of aircrafts too.

This new beta is too much unstable to further testing. Try a hotfix for explosions related crashes, at least.

"Minimum" in CloD effects is "LOW", and it's really close to "none".

What are you talking about? Each effect, with light, flame or smoke is disappeared at low settings. Not completely irrelevant to what is called?
