Default Fraps

OK, I just got FRAPS (Recommended by GinXeng). Excellent video quality I might add. It records perfectly. Now how do I bring these videos to the forum, as I have seen many of you do? I have some nice "show & tell" videos for all to view.

Create a Youtube account if you don't already have one and upload the videos to it. Once they're up and processed you can simply paste a link here or even embed them in your post by using the youtube tags.

You might want to compress your recorded vids first though, as generally Fraps recordings are quite large. I just use Windows Moviemaker. You can try uploading them uncompressed, I'm not sure if there's a filesize limit for the vids you upload to Youtube. Obviously it will take longer that way, depending on your connection.

I had that feeling, but wanted to be sure. Is YouTube the only one that does this, and what does it cost?

Youtube is free as which iswhy its infested with ads, there are other sites for uploading videos but I guess someone like you who is not familiar with these kinds of things I would use youtube. Just make an account and and upload your video but like obsolum said, use windows moviemaker to compress it to a WMA format first as Fraps makes videos in AVI format that are really good quality but large in size.
