The hatch at the start!

Hello, i am unable to go through the hatch at the very start of the game.I have opened it and crouched etc but i cannot go through.Its as if theres an invisable force-field! Any help would be appreciated.Thank you.

That's a bug, try to move backwards, also if I'm not mistaken there shold be a save file in Walkthrough tread just after this small door.

I cant go through the door either and what do u mean with go backwards?
