Patch ???

I was really looking forward to this game but.............
Sooooo many tech issues,poor frame rates,really jerky graphics(sometimes),the game crashes every time i try to load a manual game save .
I paid good money for this game and should be able to play it with no real issues.....but i cant.In any other industry you would not be able to sell something that is so obviously flawed.
My Rig is more than up to the job.Crysis,COD etc etc all no problem.
When is a patch going to be released that allows me to play the game i purchased.?????????????????????
Until then the game stays in the box
