Patch for US PC Version Question

This may be along the same lines as other posts, but to be honest I'm confused by the whole patch business with the game, so I'm not sure. Sorry if it is.

I recently bought the US PC Version, and am trying to patch to the most current version. What patches do I need to get, and can anyone help me with the location of them? I downloaded version 1.11.3 Full, but when I attempt to install it, it tells me I have the wrong version. I cannot find a previous patch and I don't have any mods..etc installed, so I'm not sure what I'm missing. I bought the game from Best Buy I believe and my version is V 1.022.1 Standard.

The first few there are the patched retail releases: 505 multilang and German, Aspyr, and 1C Asia-Pacific. Notice 1C EU is missing.

If you have 1.022.1 and none of the patches work, you probably have the 1C EU version that is still unpatched. If it only says 1C and Best Way on the box cover, with a PEGI rating, then you're stuck like the rest of us.

I went through this with 1C EU email support a month ago, and it's probably time to give them another try.

Thanks for the answers, I didn't know there were any patch criteria besides region. I figured out I had the Aspyr version and got that patch. I had never seen anything like this before, so I was a little confused. Your answer cleared it up for me, good luck with the patch you need.
