Default Sophos antivirus and Necrovision.exe

Hi guys, could someone at 1C get onto Sophos and explain in words of one syllable that their program is not harmful?

I can't even get Sophos to 'ignore' necrovision.exe is the control panel. I saw that this problem also affects Kings Bounty too.

Sophos has two exemption lists. One for On-Access scanning>Windows Exclusions and one for Scheduled jobs>Extensions and Exclusions. Have you made sure you are adding the entire folder to the On-Access exclusions? Have you also checked the Authorisation list to see if NecroVisioN is there? You can add it to the Authorised Adware/PUA's list if it is.

If you post the log info I'll check it out and see what's happening.
