4.15m IL2 1946 Dedicated Server

4.13.4m IL2 1946 Dedicated Server works fine.
4.14.1m IL2 1946 Dedicated Server works fine.
4.15m IL2 1946 Dedicated Server (4.14.1m IL2 1946 Dedicated Server updated) don't start (*.dll issues).

OS: Windows 7 x64
4.15m IL2 1946 Dedicated Server (the 4.15m DS installation tested on Windows XP x86 copied/pasted) works fine.

Is it possible to get it working on XP?
