File editing

I've been toying with the file edit to match the gameplay to my liking and I couldn't find where I can edit the unit stats and the GUI (Graphic user interface) of the medals and items.
When I change the medals properties for instance "Grand Strategist" to reward you from 1700 leadership to 1000, it will reward you for only 1000 as I wanted but instead, show 1700 and same goes for items.

On top of it, I managed to completely remove moral requirement from certain items but whenever I did so, I either couldn't wear that item or couldn't spawn it in the game which leads me to my next question, Is there someone experienced enough to help me with that?

You also need to change the text file regarding the items. Depending if it is an icefire og normal WoTn it is in LOCALISATION or ADDON directory, and go into eng_items and find the item you want to change text about.
