Brakes Not Working Waiting for Takeoff

When starting a COD single mission, my Hurricane rolls even though throttle is minimum and I'm holding the B (brakes) button down. Am I doing something wrong? Solution?

wheel breaks axis..

not left or right. that's for German and bombers the hurricane and spit had pneumatic breaks.
