Default Railways on Map(s)

Am I correct that the only map with railways is the Channel Map?
I can't find any on the smaller online maps.

And even on the Channel Map, the railways don't show on the 2D map. You can find them in the FMB if you zoom in to 3D mode, but in 2D including cockpit map, nada! Just rivers and roads.

Is there an alternate 2D/cockpit map that shows the railways?

OK, so I could theoretically add railways to one of the online maps, thanks!

What about their display in 2D map? I don't see the existing railways indicated on the 2D cockpit map.
