Default single player exploit

If you walk just slightly beyond the range of an enemies field of view but still close enough to get his attention he will go investigate. While he has moved away from the other soldiers you save the game and reload. Once you reload he is now standing at the place you saved at and does not return to his original position. By doing this mutliple times you can practically move the ai soldier around the map to where ever you want.

i am not sure exploit is the appropriate word to elucidate this phenomenon you've discovered. you might try:

...so what?
...who cares?
...big deal
...ok, why?
...i would have just shot him
...oh hum

just my thoughts...

on stealth missions where there are groups of soldiers that you cannot get by...this is a way of exploiting the ai. I suppose this is not really a "technical issue" as much as it is a tip. I just felt that it fit this forum better. And if you don't care then don't reply.

Neat trick, though I'd never use it, mostly because it would take a lot of patience.
