where has default settings gone?

it might be right under my nose but i can't find the default settings button for the video settings??

ok, the answer:

delete the options.set file in libraries > documents > my games > men of war - assault squad 2 > profiles > (profile name)

..and the game recreates a new one with the default settings.

..but i'm sure their once was a "default settings" option within the game
