Triggers, waypoints and zones dissapears even though saved?

Triggers, waypoints and zones dissapears when I load it, even thought I saved them several times.

I used
2 Endless waves triggersetup
Reinforcements triggersetup

The map is with trenches

Triggers, waypoints, and zones are all saved with missions. Hit F3 for mission mode and then save. Then you can load your map (F2) and then the mission (F3) and everything will be there. HTH.
