Need help creating custom factions?

Hey everybody, just wanted to come here and ask if anybody could explain to me how to create a custom multiplayer faction in men of war assault squad. I've created my own custom units with skins, breeds, ect but am not sure how to add my custom units to be able to play with in multiplayer games with others that would have my same mod. I'm pretty desperate here looking for answers, if anybody has anything they can offer for help I would appreciate it so much. Thanks for reading and helping guys.
