Premium edition no Clot of Darkness???

Just bought the Premium Edition on Steam, installed the game and started it. When I checked the inventory there was no Clot of Darkness amulet??? What to do???

If I remember right, you got that Cloth Of Darkness after completing a quest in the shelter a bit after starting a new game. You don't have it at the start of a new game in your inventory!
